I have an excel file that I receive daily with customer orders. I am attempting to mail merge this file to create packing slips in word but I am unable to add multiple lines for the same customer. The file contains customer information and order numbers that are the same but have multiple products in separate rows determined by a sequence number (one column contains sequence number 1,2,3 etc). I need to be able to locate the duplicate orders and move the part numbers from one row/column into the previous row column. See samples. The orders file is what I receive and the LPO file is what I need it to look like. I have never used macros/vba so I am not sure how to do this other than manually create.
