Matching on Two Variables to Return a Single Value in a Large Array of Data

In the attached spreadsheet I have two sheets. The first, titled "Deposits" contains a large amount of data in tables for corresponding locations. Each table is summed at the end of its data. The Sum values are in columns C and D throughout the sheet. I need to return the proper sum value for the corresponding location number. In the second sheet, titled "Sheet 1", i have isolated just the location numbers, and I have used a formula in cell B2 using an if, hlookup and vlookup function. This works, but it will only work within the first table. If I try to expand this across the entire data array it won't work because it cannot return the "Sum:" value dependent on the location number.

Could someone please look at the workbook and help me figure this out.
