Transfering data list from one spreadsheet to another but repeating the info in the list

Hello All,

Hope someone can help!

I have a list of products in my main SS (example below).

Apples
Bananas
Oranges
Pears

I need to pull this information across to a new SS but repeat each line 4 times:

Apples
Apples
Apples
Apples
Bananas
Bananas
Bananas
Bananas

I have spent all morning with various formulas trying to get this to work to no avail. I really don't want to go down a macro route as it's something I've never used before.

Any help would be much appreciated!
