    Countifs formula problem

I'm trying to have Excel search a group of cells(P2:S1663),shift overlap, to find and count the cells between 0:00 and 0:30 and also in another column(AA:AA) the corresponding cells, time worked alone, that is over 6:00.
This is my formula. It worked before I added the last criteria of times over 6:00.
    Help!
    =COUNTIFS(P2:S1663,"<0:30",P2:S1663,">0:00",AA:AA,">6:00")

Also if a cell in P2:S1663 has an error to just skip over that cell.
