Need Macro to transpose multiple rows to detailed columns and separate city, state, zip

I am new to this forum and greatly appreciate any assistance that can be provided. I am trying to figure out the best way to (1) transpose multiple rows to columns as well as (2) separate out last name, middle name (or blank), first name and (3) separate out city, state and zip. Part of the issue is that there will be apx 2200 rows of information and sometimes as you will see the data on each row is not being provided in a consistent manner (i.e sometimes the suite is on the same row as the address, other time it is on the row below. Also, some of the names have more than one middle initial- not sure how to handle that. I have provided a sample of the list and the outcome that I am hoping for- Thanks very much!!
