    Multiple lookup on excel

I have an excel sheet which has IT goals on the left and multiple metrics to measure the performance for each goal. I am looking for a formula such that if I select IT Goal 1 and the column on the right must show all the relevant metrics (in different rows).

I have attached the excel sheet.

    Thank you in advance
