Forecasting Workload Needs

A Project is being planned:
-- The Given Parameters are defined as we know or plan today
-- Looking to forecast if this is a realistic plan or to see the "true" efforts needed to get project done by target date

1st Assistance Request:
-- Calculate or verify total duration with known deliverables against estimated duration per each deliverable

2nd Assistance Request:
-- Determine number of resources needed to work project deliverables - preferably by original target date to complete
-- If full project can't be completed by target date, then forecast how much more workdays or duration is needed

Once I have calculations, I would then like to graph this out - I believe once I have the cals, I can take care of the rest
