Returning unit price based on Qty from a customer price book with price qty breaks

Anyone able to work out a formula for the highlighted column.

Formula needs to look at the data table and match the

• Customer
• Product
• Latest start validity
• Qty ordered into the different price break quantities.

Thanks, if only there was no manually typed criterias in the lookups then that would work.

This is going to be applied to a 50,000 row pricebook so typing manual lookups wouldn't work unfortunately

Anyone else able to help?
