Try Entering a birthday like 01/10/08 and you'll see why it fails

Would the days include non-working days or only working days??
Thanks,

All days. a straight change of rate if your birthday falls between start and end dates(inclusive) Thanks

Number of days only i.e 32 days rate 1 26 days rate 2. Year of birth is the problem. It's not a simple subtraction of dates
Maybe you missed my solution in #2.
If its all days i.e, working + non working days then find attached. Rate change_Bonny.xls
Maybe it can be done like this.
Thanks for your help.....now sorted with Datedif using the "YD" function which ignores the year part of the DOB field
Thanks
Pat
