Problem in Allow user Edit ranges

Hi,

I have given the specdified cell access to the users by using allow user edit ranges. But they are not able to access those specified cells even I have given the access to them. But when i unprotect and protect the sheet again in their system then it will work. Why is it so? i have to do this in each and everyones system. Please suggest what should I do to avoid this problem.
