Vlookup function problem with duplicated numbers

||HELLO EVERYONE ||
I'm new here and I wish you could help me with my small problem regarding the vlookup function.
First of all, I have attached a snapshot of my excel sheet (if it works:P)
in summary: I have 3 tables

1. 1st table consists of a single column with a data of numbers
2. 2nd table consists of the repetition of each of these numbers in the first data entered (using countif statement)
3. 3rd table sorts the repetitions in ascending order in a column (using large function) and in the other one it uses vlookup function to say each repetition (number of times the number appeared) consists with which specific number.

The problem I'm facing is that when two numbers have the same repetition (appeared exactly the same number of times) the vlookup function writes the SAME number twice!!


i would really appreciate it if you could help me solve my problem! and don't hesitate to reply if something wasn't clear.
