    Multiple issues with RANK formula

First of all, it seems that the RANK formula has a built in tiebreaker for sums. For example, I'll have multiple SUMS of 15.025, but depending on the addends, they will be ranked differently. Is there any way to keep these as a tie regardless of the addends?

Secondly, how can I insert a "T" in front of these tied numbers?

Third, is there a way to skip a certain number of rows when ranking? For example, RANK a cell against every 5 cells.

I've attached part of the file to help illustrate my problems. Examples of the tiebreakers are B5, B25, B50, and B60 on Sheet2.

    Please help. Thanks.
