Drop Down list range based on any cell value

Hello everyone! I'm new to excel and cant seem to find a solution through the forums. Basically, if a user inputs a dollar amount in a cell, a drop down list can display which items they can afford (assuming they will only purchase a single item). I've attached an example. Thank you!
