Exclamation Formula to lookup data for multiple dates

    Hello all,

I posted earlier regarding this workbook. Originally I needed help retrieving data from the "LeaveData" tab and having it automatically populate to the "Staff Leave Database" by date. I was able to have the formula work, however, I missed one important factor; the drop down list only allows information to be pulled per day and I need to have the option of auto populating data for more than one day.

I tried adding another dropdown box which would correlate a start and end date, however I could not figure out the formula that should be used for to retrieve the data. When I tried including a range of dates the formula would either return information from another column or would not provide any information at all. I am really lost and cannot figure it out at all. I have been reading several different tutorials and still do not have a clue as to how I should handle this.
