Devide by cell if two values are equal

Hello,

I am working on a spreadsheet where I have 2 columns X and Y,
if two cells are equal in column X then I want a formula that averages the corresponding cells in column Y based on the duplicate cells.

I have attached a dummy spreadsheet for reference, I have solved all but the last column
