Divide a number within a cell in a specific section?

Hello,

The title may seem a little confusing but i am struggling to find the best way to explain.

I have this code which does vary along the sheet.

{794}Pairs: S[{3433}1 Pair[[m]A+0],{3434}5 Pairs (525784)[[m]A+5.89]]

I need all the values in the [[m]A+5.89]] section to be divided by 1.2, normally this would be a simple code however the cell has to have the other information. Meaning this is hard for me to find a formula that grabs just this small [[m]A+5.89]] section.
I have tried using =IF(D45,"[m]A+.*")/1.2 but this does not work.

Please bare in mind on some cells there are more than one [[m]A+5.89]] with different numbers with in.
