Basic Excel user here. Coaching for my son's youth sports league and I'm trying to create a workbook to conduct a paperless draft. I have all player evaluations and related data in one spreadsheet (sheet 1). All players have been assigned a number. What I am looking to do is on the draft spreadsheet (sheet 2) enter the number of the player selected which would populate the cell with that player's name while removing the entire row from sheet 1. This would give me an up-to-date list of available players remaining. Any ideas?
As a "nice to have", the row that is removed from sheet 2 would be transferred create a master list on a sheet 3.
