Cascading dropdown lists all tied to first dropdown

I need 5 drop down lists.
Lists 2 through 5 are all dependent on list one.
I can get the drop down of list 1 and 2 but cannot get lists 3 - 5 to be dependent on list 1

Any thoughts?
