RANK for percentages including duplicates

Hi,

I have a list of 3000+ rows of percentages ranging from negative to positive values containing many duplicate values.

I need them to rank from 1 - 3000+ if possible.

I've tried the RANK function and also some SUMPRODUCT suggestions in here but to no avail.

Yes of course, please see attached.

The example shows some ranks duplicated, I need them to somehow remain in sequence so one of the 6's should be a 7 and one of the 12's be 13.

Spoke too soon, this formula works for the most part but for some reason is still returning duplicate values?
