    Relative reference for Countif

    Hello Experts,

I have to insert row and update data in B10 from sheet FUL on a weekly basis and use following fuction in another sheet
When I insert row in sheet "Ful"; cell B10 show as B11 where fucntion is used. I have to change manually to B10

I have used $B$10 but still unable.

    Any suggestions?

    =COUNTIF(FUL!B10:F3568, 2)

    Thanks
