Two variables and fuzzy date logic in a lookup

    Dear Geniuses,

I need your help. For purposes of this question, I've attached a workbook with multiple tabs (and, with text box notes to clarify the issue). Only the first three tabs of the sheet would be used to answer this question, but the remaining tabs are there because of some interdependent formulas.

I need to look up data in tabs #2 and #3 based on two variables in tab#1

In the example, I need to obtain the data in tabs 2 and 3 based on:

    (a) an account number (B2 in tab 1)
    (b) a date (C2 in tab 1).

The date matching needs to use "fuzzy logic" so that as long as both dates are the same, the time doesn't matter. This is because when the end user wants to find information (for example) on June 30th 2012, the matching will work even if the closest time stamp is something like June 30th, 2012 1:48:06.

The worksheet is disposable so feel free to use it. Thanks!
