Conditional Formatting - formula issue

Hello,

I have written the following two formulas as separate conditions within CD. They each produce the desired CD result:

=COUNTIFS('Sheet2'!$F:$F,$A45,'Sheet2'!$K:$K,$H45)
=COUNTIFS($J45,"DELETED")

However, when I combine them as the following, the CD fails:

=COUNTIFS('Sheet2'!$F:$F,$A45,'Sheet2'!$K:$K,$H45,$J45,"DELETED")

How can I combine both sets of conditions to produce the desired CD?
