How delete rows duplicated???

I work with worksheet with 6.000 rows, sometimes I have to delete duplicate rows. How can I delete all those duplicates at once? Or any formula that make easy to delete??
Because right now I have to go line by line and this is take to long to do!!

The easiest way is to use Advanced Filter and select only Unique items. Done in no time.
