Create A List Without Duplicates

Hey Everyone!!

Not sure if this is possible or not...

I am using the current code the define a name for a list:

The purpose behind the above code is to remove the blanks at the bottom, and works like a charm (thanx to the awesome experts of this forum!). What I am wondering is if it is possible to have it also remove duplicate values?

I'm guessing you have this formula in the name manager. I do not know of a way to remove duplicates within the name manager.

Look at this sample and see if it helps.

List is in column A and list without duplicates is in B which is used in the data validation list.

Yes, the code I am currently using is in the Name Manager. Your suggestion does work, but I am trying to keep things automated - the list is updated 10 - 12 times a day

How about considering advanced filter through a macro?

Ah, yes - brilliant! Didn't thik of that, and it works like a charm! One extra button click to run the macro, but that is no biggie. This is good to go!
