Making all digist in a column 9 by adding 0 to make up the 9

I have data in a column and want to make them all 9 digits by adding 0 before them to make up any shortfall.

sample data;

95448
106200
110458
110458
110470

i want to have:

000029803
000095448
000106200
000110458
