Conditional copy rows to a new workbook for particular month

I have a worksheet with thousand of row where colum a is
A date from Jan to Dec. can u help me to write a vb to copy
the row of specified month e.g Jan to a new workbook

The vba works fine to me.. However, I would like to know how to amend the code so that I can move the rows from workbook 1 to the new workbook and delete the respective rows from workbook 1.
