Base64 decoding using excel function

Hello, I have an excel worksheet with many strings are base64 encoded, I would like to decode them using excel function.

I searched and tried to code something using this thread http://www.excelforum.com/excel-work...more-less.html

but was not able to, please help me to have a base64 decoder function to decode cells with base64 values.

I need to convert a list of 300 different URL variables and I don't want to do it one by one.
