How can I use a dropdown list to filter my data?

Try : "Data" from the ribbon, then data validation, change allow to "list" and select your range.

If you meant something else then sorry :D

Sounds like you need to use filters...put your curse on B12, and select "sort and filter" (2007) or "data/filter" (2003 i think). Once you selct that, you will see little down-arrows below all your headings. Click on 1 and you will see a list of all unique entries in that column. Unselect "all", and select those items you want from that column. You can repeat this for other columns, to refine your search/list to whatever you wat.

Play with this and let me know if this is what you were after or not?

Just read your comment in your file...if you click on the arrow on SLA and then select "number filters", you can select top 10...or top whatever-you-want

Thanks for trying to help me, but I don't want to use filter, I need formulas or codes to give me top ten complaints or top five complaints effected SLA in other sheet with some conditions such as Customer segments or ignore the unjustified complaints in the top ten complaints.

Hmm well a =large() on SLA wont work, coz you have identical entries. Have you tried using a pivot table

Thanks FDibbins, =large() is working with top ten and SLA (will depend on the out of SLA column), but I don't know how can I exclude the rows of total or unjustified complaints and I couldn't do the requirements by pivot table.

Is there a threshhold for complaints that you want to exculde...or all complaints? And I couldnt see any headings for "unjustified compplaints" Depending on what you want to exclude, im sure we can figure out something
