Vlookup or match or macros

I have one exam of this chart..

suppose next worksheet has only.

Now here i am able to put the match figure in "name" field using vlookup, but i also like to put the data in "amt" and "place", etc so on.

How could can be be possible. Sometime we can this kind of data which need to arrange according to "roll no" or "site no". whatever it may be...

Please help
