Adding space between a range of numbers

    Hi,

I would like to leave a space in between a range of number. The location of the space is fixed. Please see example

1111968712345898 to 1111 9687 1234 5898. Please note the format type is text and i won't want to change it to number as it would round of the last digit.

Any help would be appreciated from any kind soul.

Re: Adding spave between a range of numbers

If your number is currently in A1 then in another cell try:

    =LEFT(A1,4) & " " & MID(A1,5,4) & " " & MID(A1,9,4) & " " & RIGHT(A1,4)
