Need to have macro that goes to a specific site for update information

First off, you should record a macros while doing the following so that you can see exactly how Excel is going to connect to the website you want.

1. Click Data
2. Click From Web
3. In the field "Address", paste the url and then select "Go"
4. Click the arrow button (prompted with: Click [arrow] next to the tables you want to select)
5. Click import

Excel will do the rest. Stop recording the macros and then either analyze it yourself or post the code here and you should get help with the rest. There is no guarantee that this will completely automate this process but it may reduce the time it normally takes. Let us know how it all goes.
