Question Rotating Names in Work Schedule

    Dear Forum-

I did a few searches for my solution first (just to get that out of the way) but I didn't really find what I was looking for.

    My problem is this:

I need to rotate a list of names, so that the employee on the bottom of the list, is moved to the top, and all the remaining employees are moved down one spot. The hourly schedules listed to the right do not change, only the names rotate for each duty post. Also the names in each duty post are specific to that particular duty post... so the employees that work in one area, will not rotate into another area.

I have attached my current, static worksheet, and would greatly appreciate any help or advice.

A couple of years ago I found a macro that worked, but I have since misplaced it, and now I'm back to square one! So if a macro, or VBA programming is needed, that's fine, and a button would be great to "activate" the rotation when the next week begins.

Thanks for any help and yall have a great weekend.

    Sincerely,
    Jim Kennedy
