Function to Search COUNT

Hello Everyone,
My boss has tasked me with putting together a spreadsheet to track a certain task we perform. We track the customer's name and phone number and which of the two of us performed the task.
I have set up COUNT statements to calculate individually, and collectively, how many times we've performed this task.
Our boss wants to calculate on a monthly and weekly level and is okay manually counting each week, but I figured, if there was a way to make it easier for her, I would.
Do you have any suggestions on a possible macro or function that could be used? I would like a way to enter the date range she is searching for.
I've attached an example of our worksheet so far.
