Same function / different area (w/ drag and drop)

I have a spreedsheet where I write different numbers, every month, and I programmed it with some functions. I'd like to literally, drag and drop the blue range, in another area (red) and mantein the same exact properties. I mean, I don't wanna set again the range for every funcion....
is it possible?
