Need to pull data based on related code

I am trying to reference a value in a worksheet by using a related code. This is what I mean:

Sheet 1:
I want the percentage to be shown here (pulled from sheet 2) based upon point of reference "ABC"

Sheet 2:
Column A (point of reference "ABC") - I want the percentage from Column E (same line of that point of reference) to show.
