Searching Text Result & Filter

Hi all experts,

refer to attachment : excel Q.jpg (80.6 KB)

I would like to set a few text filter, and show the result from database.

Column B : Food Item [column i] must not contains words from Column B
Column C : Food Item [column i] must contains words from Column C

Result search from DataBase --column H:I
To show the result (Food Name) at Column E

how should i set the formula at Column E to search the Food name with the argument at Column B & C ?

Attached Picture have 2 example : Sidebar Purple & Green
