    Excel 2010 Conditional Matches

I use vlookup all the time to compare data between to data sets and find matching data, but I am trying conduct a match that brings in a data set into another column. In the attached "Shipment Reference" file, I want to compare the data in the "Rated Weight" tab to match the weight in the "Scale" Column A match to Column A, but as I receive a match, I want to bring the "Scale" Column B reference number to the "Rated Weight" Column B. So for this data, if the Shipment Rated Weight = Weight in Scale, then Shipment Cost will equal the column B matched number.

I might be missing something but ...

    Cell B2: =VLOOKUP($A2,Scale!$A:$B,2,FALSE)

    and copy down
