Is there a function that allows the user to display the name of the worksheet tab on the worksheet itself or would it have to be created in VBA? How about doing the same with the workbook file name? I know you can insert both fields in the document header or footer, but have yet to find a way to display this information in a cell in the body of the worksheet.

I'm using Excel 2007 as a pilot Office 2007 rollout program but I have co-workers who are using Excel 2003.
