typically you can use SUMPRODUCT for multiple conditions in excel 2003 (i.e. to mimic COUNTIFS or SUMIFS), for example, for the first COUNTIFS function in your formula this would be the equivalent SUMPRODUCT version
=SUMPRODUCT((Audits!B11:V11=1)*(Audits!B17:V17="x")*(Audits!B21:V21="x"))
