Select multiple alternate rows

Hi, I'm looking for a routine that help me selects multiple alternate rows.

For example, the data is on Row 443 and goes from Columns M to U, would like to select rows 445, 447, 449, etc to 4315 and Columns M to U. After the data is selected it will be moved to other columns with a macro. File is attached.

Any help would be really appreciated.
