    Reference multiple formatted colums to find earliest date

    I need to dind the earliest date that references a piece of equipment to a specific person like the following:

    Column A - Lists all employees multiple trainings
    Column B - lists all the training dates
    Column C - lists specific equipment trained on

    I hope someone can help me, my are crossed doing this...and I am usually very good at this, bu I have been staring at this for hours.

    =MIN(IF(A1:A100="Bob", IF(C1:C100="Fork lift", B1:B100)))

    The formula MUST be confirmed with Ctrl+Shift+Enter rather than Enter.
