How do I make a column of cells link to a row of data

Hello, new guy here.

My dilemma is that I have a column of cells with a formula that I want to link to a row of data. Typically when I'm copying a formula like this, I just click the bottom right corner of the cell and drag it, but this isn't working. Instead of taking data from the row in the first cell, it is taking data in the cells below it. Any tips or ideas on how to utilize the data from the row instead of the column?
