Meging info in table

I have a long table with names (Given Name, S/Name, Family name) and some info data for each person in a separate column of the table (left side of the attached files)
I ‘d like to merge info for each person in a line. (right side of example). If there is no info line stays empty.
Since table is long enough and cannot use & for each name separately is there any other way to merge info ?
