    Order form Vlookup

This is a spin off of a previous unresolved form. I am uploading a new uncomplicated form that will still help me with the formula that I need. In the spreadsheet that I have you can see a order form in blue this is the part that I want to fill out. The red is an order Invoice. I want to fill out the Order ID. Then I want the first item ordered to fill in the name and the quantity. The second item with a number should be filled into the second space, and so on.

Use the formula evaluation option from formula tab to understand the formula
