HGV daily trip palnner / calculator

Hello All

I am trying to write a spreadsheet that would calculate a HGV drivers daily trip details and activities. I have attached a sample sheet and have made numerous comments on certain cells or in the spreadsheet.

Im a little experienced with basic formulas in excel however this one has got me puzzled... and would appreciate any feedback to solve the issues.
