Nested IF function

Hi I need to write out a nested IF function which will assign the word "Normal" to an individual if:

1. The individual is a Male

2. If the individual has an Aggregate of <=106

and "Abnormal if otherwise.

A similar function is needed for the opposite gender (Female).

My challenge is how to get Excel to go through the GENDER column, evaluate whether the Gender is Male or Female and at the same time Check whether the AGGREGATE column values also satisfy the conditions for "Normal" and "Abnormal" .

I urgently need help with this.
