when i try to change value in this function i keep getting this error: http://i53.tinypic.com/x1irmh.jpg . And i'm trying to use this function on other cells and it doesnt work.
If it works fine with 2007 , so maybe it is problem of excel 2011 or they are same? And i mean exactly this function i pasted, not just =CONCATENATE function

Make sure you have commas separating each value and that each text string is enclosed in double-quotes....
If it works as you posted, then it should work if you alter it correctly.
If still an issue let us know the exact alteration you are trying to perform.
It doesn't work i have all cells properly in my excel document, as i said, this function works on google spreedsheet, but doesn't work there.. I tried to format cells as you mentioned (http://spreadsheets.about.com/od/exc...r_format_2.htm) and still it doesn't work.
I uploaded this document, can you check it?

Select Column A and go to Data|Text to Columns and just click Finish.
It should revert to the proper format.
