Average Months into Years/Months

I have a column of different accounts that have been opened for x number of months. I want to get the average age of all accounts. I'm getting a decimal of 30.6667, and want it in number of years and months. What's the best way to achieve this? Thanks.

Here is one solution

How about =AVERAGE(A2:A9)/12

and then format cell as:

# ?/12

Which will give you result of 3 5/12 where 3 is a year and 5 is a month
