Help with referencing cells to colours with numbers from different tabs.

Hi guys.

I'm creating a spreadsheet in work with Microsoft excel 2002.

I have a spreadsheet with three tabs "Team skills matrix" "Definitions" "Development plan". I want the cells in "Development plan" to change colour when I enter a number "0 - 3" in the "Team skills matrix" e.g. if I entered the number 3 in cell A1 in "team skills matrix" I want the cell A1 in "Developement plan" to change to green.
Key is 0 = Red, 1 = Orange, 2 = Yellow, 3 = Green.

If I could get any help I will be very grateful.
