    =VLOOKUP(A2,'Parts List'!A:B,2,FALSE)

    Use VLOOKUP

In your example I have formatted the parts list as a Table called PartsList, this means you can continue adding items which the formula will pick up automatically.

    I've used this formula

    =IF(ISBLANK(A2),"",VLOOKUP(A2,PartsList,2,0))
    Hope that helps.

    Thanks for the reply,
    I use =VLOOKUP(A2,'Parts List'!A:B,2,FALSE) and it worked,
but like the idea of use a table that I can continue adding items which the formula will pick up automatically.
But couldn't get =IF(ISBLANK(A2),"",VLOOKUP(A2,PartsList,2,0)) to work.
I created a table on the parts list sheet.
